Tafetan label

The tafetan labels are characterized for having a low density of threads, which also makes them economic. This kind of label can be used when the drawing, the text or the colors doesn´t need the best quality or definition.

Normally it has double woven to increase the density of the label and increase the quality.

It is possible to use up to 7 colors, plus the background color.

The material used is polyester.

Raso label

This label is also economic. The thread used gives the label a special brightness and softness.

With this kind of label, it is only possible to manufacture labels with white or black backgrounds.

Monofilamento label

This is a special kind of raso, where some threads are transparent. This way, we can increase the quality of the drawing (we eliminate certain points of the background on the drawing).

This fabric can only be used to manufacture white background labels.

High density label

With the high density we can obtain the best quality in our labels, not only in the definition of the drawing, but also in the appearance of the colors.

When we use only two colors, the back of the label is the negative of the front. This fact is frequently considered to design certain labels and ribbons.

As in the rest of fabrics, it is possible to make a double woven in certain areas to obtain a higher density. With this we achieve a even better quality, but also a relief effect.

Also different widths of the thread can be used to obtain better results.

It is possible to use 7 colors, plus the background color.

Rubber label

We can create high quality rubber labels. It is possible to create small details with different colors and reliefs. Transparencies are also possible.

The rubber can also be used on many different materials, like fabrics, leather, felt, cardboard, etc.

PVC label

We manufacture the best PVC labels serigraphied with high frequency.

Composition label

The composition labels are printed on a textile material. This technique is very used to obtain text in many colors and with a good quality.

Between the possible materials used, we can highlight two:

- Raso fabric: with this kind of material we obtain a soft and bright label.

- Polyamide fabric: This material has the same texture and appearance as the paper, but it is much more strong. Also, it is waterproof.

Technical ribbons

We manufacture strong ribbons in any widthness, thickness, material, colors, drawings and finishings.

These ribbons are commontly used in the clothing and shoe industry, but also to manufacture bags or even mattresses.
